Performing Arts Playtime
Performing Arts Playtime provides young children with a Performing Arts classroom in a welcoming environment that is designed to help them acquire an understanding of Arts and culture around them, to build on their relationships with others, and to develop a love of learning. The class offers children a first-time preschool classroom experience where they can gain early literacy, arts, social and other skills while gaining self-confidence through creative self-expression. Each class includes a 30-40 minute dance lesson in varying genres, arts and crafts, story time, learning time, snack time and free play. There are monthly themes for the activities and the dance styles. This class will meet Thursdays from 8:45-11:45am, students will need to bring a water bottle and healthy snack.
