Annual Registration Fee

All new and currently enrolled students must pay annual registration fees as well as students who’ve dropped classes for 30 days or more and wish to re-enroll.  Fees are charged at the time of registration or every August/September for currently enrolled students.  Fees are $25 per student, families with multiple children will pay $25 for the first student and $10 for each additional sibling.  Drop in teen/adult students do not need to pay registration fees. **Students who register this summer before August will have their 2026-27 fees waived and will not pay again till August 2027.

Tuition Payment Policy

Tuition will be posted to each student’s account on the 25th of the month prior to the month in which tuition is due.

Parents may pay tuition by:

  • Check or cash: Payments may be made at the front desk by the 5th of the month tuition is due.

  • Credit/debit card: Parents may log in to their account and make a card payment by the 5th of the month tuition is due.

  • Autopay: For families who do not prepay, the automatic payment will be processed on the 7th of each month.

Late Fees

  • If tuition has not been paid in full by the 10th of the month, a $5 late fee will automatically be added to that month’s tuition.

  • If tuition remains unpaid through the 30th of the month, an additional $10 late fee will be applied.

Families are responsible for ensuring that tuition is paid by the applicable due date to avoid late fees. Autopay is easy and convenient to ensure tuition is paid on time.

**Additional %10 discount when the year is paid in Full from August to July.
